The black plastic part on the right side of the picture seems to be an integrated cardreader, but does not fit to the card slot. To be able to insert a smartcard into cardreader, the black part should have been placed more to the right side. Construction fault?

I am left speechless ..... that no one can understand ..... the famous case of unseen card reader ......

Ibox 2 from inside

I added two more pictures from inside ibox 2. Picture one shows cardreader with smartcard. I had to loose 4 screws, to be able to move cardreader and insert card. Unfortunately nor cardreader, nor smartcard did show up in cccam. Seems as cardreader is not integrated in hardware correctly. Or can this be solved? Any proposals would be very recommended.

Second picture shows front view towards inside cardreader. Outside card slot does not fit to the position of cardreader. If you want to put your smartcard into smartcard reader from the outside box, you must cut additional slots into plastic

still waiting for new build of vix 3.0 all they given is vix 3.0 build 600 so far , i was told they are making a site with links to images, told site will be up in 10 days, that was 6 days ago, so if everyone can message them requesting this they might hurry up

anyone used the picons in plugins menu , Oscram picons, when you enable to show on channel list , all the screen is just blurry, never had this problem on vu solo or any other box !

I have 2 out of 6 decoders doing it right now. Tried a reflash but same effect looks like shoddy Chinese workmanship.

you sure you tried the last oscram picon , in plugins, download plugins, selecting picons and selecting the last oscram picon , and when in channel list, press menu button and change to yes to show picons in channel list

Try unplugging the card reader, then reflash. Had the issue on another type of box, but worth a try.......

hi! went to plugins picons, went down to tv--ocram.hd.transparent-white (2013-11-17) downloaded, installed. went to menue - settings -system- user interface - and switched on 'show picons in channel list'. When i tried downloading another ocram package to flash, box crashed!

I'm afraid to open box and voiding warranty as I would rather send back and get replacement/refund but if I know that this works then I would risk it
