usually its 28 days but if they come the coont just cancel the dd, cant see em taking it any further

cooling period is 8 days from installation. mine was fitted last friday, im gunna cancel now and rebook

It does say for 12 months. I checked, and double checked and so did another poster.

ive just spoke to sky, i can cancel my contract(within cooling period) then re order sky at half price

just to clear up the contact side of thing its a 12 month contract after your half price 12 months are up you can cancel it or reduce your pack down to what whatever you would like

p.s this free HD box will also be able to support sky 3D when released in summer

Great stuff! Have just spoken with Sky and all they need is 30 days notice at end of 12 month period.

A real no-brainer for me as I will save the ?16.50 currently going to VM for their phone line. So, in effect, I get all the bells and whisles for ?7.50 pcm.

In my basket its says offers/discounts half price sky for your first 12 months and ?24.50 initial monthly cost then on going monthly cost ?58.50. If you look what it says the first 12 months will be ?24.50 after that ?58.50 as it says on the tin. The only issue is that they can withdrawn the offer at anytime due to fraudelent activities, so this could be to drag you in. saying that i had a lady at my door a few days ago offering sky at discounted prices targeted at VM customers. I think i might hold on a bit something big is coming from VM. Cannot see Vm letting this happen as sky have this huge promo going on not just for staff.

yes then goes up after 12 months, give em 1 month notice at end of month 11 and hope the customer retentions dept can persuade you to stay by offering you the same deal again!
