i try to load the above firware with a usb but the box could not find any file. did you use Rs232. also try to use wordpad to open cccam cfg . but i could not open that either. i have bought the cccam cfg file already.

Hi hooley just hav a few questions for you.

I tried entering ccam info using remote i couldnt find how to put a full stop or colon. Also their doesnt seem to be room to input the long line i have. Not major issue as ive managed via usb.

Also hooley do you know what the BER option does? do you leave it on or off?

Can you tell me what is a good SNR mine goes from 72-76
Im asking as my audio sometimes glitches on HD channels im trying to find out if its my dish or lnb causing the issue.

In case anyone is wondering about my english/grammar then the last post was inserted by my greek friend who accidently logged on with my account.
What he was saying was he had loaded the latest software with the usb but he was getting no sound(turned out to be a connection problem on his box) other than that he could see no changes and the sk**port problem is still there. Other than that the only real issue with the box is the lack of pc interface for editting the channels etc.

Try these for editing channel list. Just use the channel editor, other stuff not needed.
As regards the rebooting problem, plug out the lnb connection going to the box and power it up. Delete the channel that is causing the reboot and replace it with another of the same. Usually a few diiferent scans of the same channel. You can do this through channel mananger on the box.
It says Solomend but its the same as your box.
The file from the openbox ends on .dbs but this program does not support it.
However you can change de ending dbs to .abs and then open the file with this program.
It will suport it.
Then after saving you need to alter it back to .dbs

Hi,

problem is:

- WITHOUT replace.list "nat geo HD" client doesn't ask cccam server
- WITH replace.list 1833 to 1702 client asks the server but server says (nok)

What is the matter??? tried all software versions already!!

having problems with out of sync audio particularly on HD channels... Anyone experiance this? Doesn't seem to resolve itself via reboot either. I'm using a Panasonic Plasma - and I've read elsewhere that it might be the TV having issues with SkyHD.

I find mine going out of sync now and again, I just change channel up and down. Why do you need to enter cline through the remote?
