If you have all the correct files in the correct places then yes.

Depends on how you setup your local.

Some using OScam with CCcam to help control it.

I use OScam with anticacs enabled and dvbapi enabled to help control and AU the card.

But by adding the user pass to oscam.users and in your say bedroom box add the cline as you normally would.

Just remember to enable the CCcam protocol to oscam.conf

if you read through this mate you will see a few configs then just google the oscam emu and you will get there.

can this image be put on db 500s hd at the moment im useing nemisis but e2 svn 83 i have been playing with oscam but having some problems i will post my config in abit im trying to find a image that as them built in i like nemisis but i dont mind changeing images thanks

well every1 seems to be sleeping downloaded files from ere trying to use oscam but it seems to me know 1knows my answaers thanks

you dont NEED to muck about with different configs
the only configs you need to get oscam working with cccam
with your sly card are on page 2 of this thread

they are ready to go no need to edit

install oscam/cccam as 1 package on your box
download the configs put in them in var/tuxbox/config
put N-line in cccam cfg
restart oscam/cccam
thats it

the configs you posted 2 post up are wrong and will not work
you have the ident as the newcamd port and caid ???
you have dvbapi enabled and set up wrong
your not using dvbapi ?????

thanks for your reply im going to use them now i am useing nemisis 2.2 svn 84 i cannot find oscam/cccam on there downloads what i have downloaded is cardserver oscam_r4396 and useing cccam 213 i think ill google it cannot find it anywhere unless you can point me to it thanks

Wonder if anyone can clarify please.

Looking to block any possibility of updating entitlements to sly card

Am I right in thinking that adding this to your server config should do the trick:-

audisabled = 1

My set up is oscam and using dvbapi.

Conflicting reports some indicate that no need to block as it wont update - just wondering if anyone using similar set up can confirm.
