The best tip is to install an image that is compatible with the sim in your box. So check the sim and then flash an image that is compatible with your sim, then all will be resolved.

I find the scheme and i measure tuner conecctor on motherboard and is ok .
I have try it 6,7 diferent images (bl76c to bl84d) but still no luck , i install images tru dream up and by rs232 cable and still same .
I have read someware that meaby tuner drivers are problem .
Where to find , to change the drivers to try something and to fix this problem , or if someone fix this same problem to tell me how he fix it .

Both flashed with Open Pli latest image, tested with the current working dm800's psu and still get the same issue?

Can anyone tell me how I re-seat the tuner?

Is there a helpful guide anywhere showing how to take it out?

    Any help would be good!

You need to take the back cover off, then carefully pull the tuner out of its connector at the side, really easy but be careful not to touch the PCB on the tuner with your fingers, say this as a precaution dont want you damaging the board.
    Hope this helps

I had the exact same problem on my 800hd.

I tried numerous things like new images, flashing bootloader before image, reloading different channel lists.

After a serious pain in the stones I ordered a new tuner and all is good again.

Look very carefully at the display light on your box and if it doesn't appear as bright
as it use to be then you could have a power supply problem.
I had a PSU lead from an old cable box that i swapped with and it solved the Tuner A
    empty error.
Just to convince myself i had solved my problem i repeatedly swapped the PSU leads and got the
    same results. Faulty PSU.
think il look into this, thanks
