Where am I going wrong ? I have a TM6900 super combo I download the latest softcam keys using winzip.. i then transfer the file to my USB stick clearly shown on my computer as transfered then when I put the stick in to the machine and push Data Transfer. nothing appears in the File List..help please

I havent seen this befor but worth trying a reboot.

With your USB stick in your computer go to 'My Computer' open, removable drive and see if the patch is there as winzip will extract to the last place you sent it to. Also is the stick formated with fat 32

Can't unzip latest patches

When I download the latest patch and try to unzip, Vista is saying invalid file. I have tried downloading and saving to a desktop folder and also a clean USB stick but Windows just comes up with an error message.

Any help or suggestions welcome!!!

If you have a download manager disable it & try downloading again

Still can't unzip the download !!!

I haven't installed a download manager (could another program such Iplayer have sneaked one in???). My PC has unzipped a patch from another satellite forum OK tonight.

Have tried all latest keys from page 18 but PC says invalid file when I try to unzip.

Thanks for your trouble but any other suggestions

Thanks for the advice.Tried downloading on PC1 using Vista and it showed a corrupt file. Tried on another PC using XP and still got the same problem. Downloaded Firefox, downloaded the latest key and it unzipped OK. No problems after messing around all night and getting very stressed. Have loaded latest sofcams and keys and all is working Ok again.

What can I say but thanks and I think it might be useful to other newbies to advise using Firefox evry time.

These softcams will work but first you will need the right firmware for the new receiver
