hi im new to this if i load a new softcam wll it effect channels already unlocked with a difrent soft cam

each new softcam has all the latest keys in it
and as well as opening the chns it's for, it also keeps
all the channels open, it over writes the old softcam
and does'nt change the keys on the channels that are still open

Hi Im about to buy a 6800 HD super. Can anyone tell me roughly how many HD channels the latest softcam will open? Thanks in advance.

The softcam will not open even 1hd channel i dont think..
If you want hd channels then you will need to get a diablo cam ontop of your receiver and a cas3 prog

every new softcam has all the latest known keys in it
and if there are any extra chns it opens it's usualy posted
with the softcam. the tm softcam usualy keeps the channels
the patch opens updated when there's a key change.
if your thinking a softcam will open digialb,conal+ nordic,nova
or polsat, tps,premiere etc it wont there are no known keys

ok Benny thank you. I was just curious to know the rough number of extra channels to expect that open with the patch ie 10's or 100's rather than specific channels.

Please forgive my stupidity but is the softcam meant to open the whole TV Vlaanderen package as it doesn't seem like any of those chanels are open on mine, or do I need to change the AU? I'm running the 295 patch if that makes any difference.

Edit - Just found out its MotorsTV and a few others France 2 and 3 Mezzo.

Excuse my ignorance but what does TV Vlaanderen and TV Globo mean? Where do you find them?
I have latest patch and softcam but not sure where I should be looking!

Please don't take this as gospel as I'm still learning myself but as far as I can tell TV Vlaanderen is a package on Astra 19.2E. Only a few of the channels are open with softcam, Mezzo, France 3 and Motors TV and a couple more.

TV Globo seems to be a general entertainment channel on Hispasat 30W.

I'm sure if I've got this totally wrong someone will be along to correct.

Just downloaded your tmsoftcam attachment from post and winzip keeps telling me its a corrupt file and i cant open it, Is there any chance you could re-post it for me
