All keys which support keyless need that format or I'm wrong or its dependent of part number of nec ?

Tried to make a keyless go key to a 2008 w211. Keyless function doesn't work. Used VVDI keyless go key. Any tips?

Have you set the correct frequency ?
The default is 433MHz.

I've tried use 41 and 51 key file that also work for keyless and non-keyless be keys,
So I think key file type is not really matter.

Thanks guys. Not sure, think I used 41, but maybe not. Willing to try an oem key. Would need a certain key for this or are they all the same? Heard one nec chip wont reset if you get that one still?

For oem or original NEC chip key,
You still able to renew and re-write.
But you have to de-solder the chip then solder back to use it.

Hi I got stupid question I just bought cgmb and want to do the analog key self test...but when I do it it says obd voltage low....dovi have to connect power supply to cgmb? 12v ....being over cautious dont want to fry this machine before it paid for it self

Hello.i would like your help please,i am trying to reset used keys with 567897061 or 71 chips,desolder chips and solder in adapter choose 567897061 or 71 from menu read and reset ok,read again on adapter and ssid 00 and times to use also zero and chip state unused,solder chip back to key but now with ir reading ssid 00 times to use 00 used 00 but key state now is used,why this happenning ?

Don't think it matter, just program new key dump and test.

Have you changed the IR transmitter and receiver in CGDI?
Flash the key dump in the adapter after erasing.
