I would ask for hellp with my Citroen C5 x7 2.0 hdi RHR 136km 2009 DCM 3.4

Car has chiptuning but in midle settings like +10km and 15NM. EGR is OFF.
I read file by KESS.

Can somebody look and make more power for this motor like +30km and 50NM from stock. One more pleasant for two files with more power - one with egr OFF one for EGR ON.

But there is also people and I consider myself one of them that take the file from more experience people and use it to compare with our original one and learn, to identify the maps and how to manipulate them.

In one big file 512kb and no match on checksum [emoji3062]..... bin file.......

I was ready .....
Realized that mpps 13 didn't go for bin files....

I went inside the house got the next best thing mpps v16 and my big fat special printing machine kabel (when I youse this cable galetto 4 let's 13.2 volts thru and not just 12.7)

So pretty frustrated I went back to the garage in my delerience I put the laptop on the roof of the car ....

Full wright.....

Haven't turnedt on the lights so everything was shady when my fingers touched the handle I almost shit my self the fuel pump got activated and then everything started clicking

mate...what you worked here is only shi*...try to understand what means injection quantity,time of injection,torque,turbo pressure and limiters...there are a lot of tutorials for this

Just every motor have his own characteristics.

A i mapped a longer injection time and a earlier starting of injection. I clearly could feel a power increase when driving.

Now I see, I didn’t express myself right in my prior post. Sorry, I m just not very talented with languages.


so if i raise the degree of SFI, it will inject earlier ? do i understand it ? so i increase the injection time and also let begin the injection earlier?
and if i increase the degree of Ijection duration, it will inject longer time, right ?
also need to increase the axes of IQ rigt ?
somehow i cant find the injection voltage map .
- smoke limiter -> increase IQ, also axes
- boost limit -> increase
- boost correction by temp. ? i guess no need to change
- expected fuel temperature, also no need.
- MAF correction. same..
- SOI limiter -> maybe a bit higher
- torque limiter -> increase
- Driver wish -> increase (also increase axis )
- EGR -> all up to 1000 = EGR off
- MAP linearization -> i guess need to change sth. bcs of the higher IQ, but i dont know how.
- N75 -> no really need to chande, but would like to understand how it could be optimized
- IQ by MAP limiter -> increase both axes
- boost map -> no need to change

is this right so far, or did i forget sth ?
would like to know much i can increase SFI and injection duration

I humbly ask for a stage 1 tune for my personal vehicle.

It's and Audi TT mk2 with a 211hp EA888 TSI engine and a DSG gearbox.
This engine has a IHI RHF5 turbo which is comparable to the well known KO3 on earlier FSI engines.
Engine computer number: 8J0907115AJ
Software number: 1037525242

Commercially available stage 1 files go to 400nm and 255ish hp so that's what I'm hoping for.

Please don't touch the calculated torque for the DSG gearbox.
I'll have the DSG tuned remove the limits in the TCU.

There's little I can offer in return, but I have the Flashdaten file for audi from 20190521.
Also have some the ORI files for 8P7 907 115 (MED17.5) if anyone is interested.
Let me know in PM if I can help with any audi sgo files.

Can anyone check file, and it is Oryginal or was remapped or was something disable (egr, dpf, DTC,......).

Car have few issues, diagnostics without DTC, when engine is cold is a lot smoke, when engine is warm up, then is much better but is still a lot smoke.

To make the mappings you need to know what the curves are and what they do, what are the limits of the engine and its behaviors, I have seen so much shit passed off as a remap. Really? I was told to get mpps v16 to read write :/
Guess i have to get the ktag working then. It wont power my ecu for some reason.
Edit:
After some digging i find that Mpps v16 is supposed to be able to write to a edc16.
Will give ktag a go soon again but till then mpps will have to due.

who will then return to them for having repaired the engine that was damaged by a bad remapping.
