I think the map you've now make that the EGR it's all time close, the normal maps do that, but you can't remove the sensor,
Simply the EGR is closed, don't need to remove it.
That's in case your EGR system it's ok at all.

What if the guy has a bad, or leaking EGR? what you did is a mAF injuection map mate..acording to EGR...it s not EGR more closed or more open.
Why offer things when you have no idea?

I didn't offer anything, so far of my intention. My last message it's typed incorrectly, I'm still learning English.

I'm not a guru of mapping, obviously you think better than me, because I didn't release about an EGR malfunction, but that is no reason to write me in bad moods.
Just try to help, that's all,but you don't worry, I'll don't try to help anymore, more business for...

You forgot to check turbocharger,black smoke means small amount of air or too much diesel,turbocharger probably not delivering the amount of air required.Don't need a remap for your problem.

I didn't see the map yet, then I don't know how to do in a not turbo charged to reduce the compsuption, let me time and I'll try to make a more economical map, but I need to know if you want to keep the another modifications or I can make the map with the original file.

Yes, I know you mean, but I'm try to respect his maps.
Probably somebody thinks the same about my maps, I don't know.
Here people it's free to install the map or not,
personally I spend much more time with a customer map, than a map here, to start here I can't try the map, look the engine state, etc.

Try the original map, could be a injector problem, normally gone with an injector cleaner, mind with a remap the problem it's bigger.
Anyway there is a map, I don't sure if will smoke or not, just try it and tell us.

If you want a professional job, why you come to this forum?
what do you expect in a free map? The map it's only 2 minutes map, if don't want to try, you know why.
If your car smoke with a little modification, then your car have a problem mate.
I can't provide to you or anybody any map from a customer, sorry.

i download my file with internet download manager from forum no problem ...i think you have download error ...i just keep close egr.now closed egr manifold out

if possible egr off from flash file please make..

Hi guys,

has anyone successfully done a Fiat Ducato 2.3JTD 2012 with Marelli ECU MJ8DF. It's EURO5. Any time I flash the mod, the car won't start. Flashing back the original and car starts up without problem.

Can anyone help here or has any further information. Two other skilled tuners were not able to help here - only confirmed that mod is ok. Also tool support could not help only confirmed that cchecksum is ok.

So I try here, maybe someone knows anything about that EURO5 ECUs!?

speedlimiter is mostly in eeprom !! read it with bdm and post the eeprom !!
