I already change the turbo with bigger one from 2.7 MB... decat..and put 3 Bar MAP sensor on it... picture of the ECU with all the info and original dump file done by Kess is in the zip-file.
I hope someone to push it close ot 200hp with flaps off,EGR off and REV limmiter.. if it runs properlly at the end.. beers are on me....

Power increase was HUGE like 40-50hp.

No visible smoke at least when it's winter.

Not much more torque below 2000rpm, so clutch friendly.

Uploaded without any errors and everything seems to work fine.
Based on short test run it has lots of torque. Soft on low end and kicks after 2000rpm. Cannot say how much more torque, but definitely more than EVRY-mod. Very pleased with this, thanks.

Hi there i´m using kess v2 green pcb to take this file from the car read/write tested and working i have phisically egr system broken and dissabled on the engine the engine have 200.000+km
but its runing very good with all the intake disasembled system clear the engine have full clear admision to the pistons side the problem is when i run 100/300km the car goes in to sleep mode state and don´t want to go up limited to 2400/2700rpm range with very limited power then i use other machine to read the dpf** errors and i get the P0100 EGR error then i clear the errors i can drive 100/300km more perfectly i mean the car easily get 165km/h 5th at 3450rpm on 3th gear it hold 3600+rpm very good and it want to go more is very good working to drive at 110km 140km *this was only a test done when the engine clear back the past on a safe conditions* week it have some lag response on the 1100/1900rpm range maybe is good to boost some power on this ranges thx in adbanced and regards to all from spain.

I just want to say one BIG THANK YOU NASKOCHIPA !!! who did map my Mercedes and now i cant take my smile out of my face...now the car is pulling really hard...i am spinnig tyres on 1st...2nd and even 3rd gear....revlimitter is awesome....the car is really dynamic and respondable on every speed and on every gear....NO BLACK SMOKE at all.... as far as gas consumption....for the past 3 years driving a Mercedes i was usually around 9-10 no metter how i was driving...now i rip her ass all the time and i am below 8/100km....soo so happy.....thank you man.....

Well, I have already write and tested on the road. It is a little better than the series, but I also think that only 5-7hp (hardly noticeable difference, but it is). I know there will be no miracles from this engine. So I'm happy with that result, thank you!

Stock Power figure 105bhp and 250nm

Target Power 180~200bhp and 350~400nm

Stock Boost limited to 1.6bar

Targetted Boost 1.9 to 2.1 bar max (turbo can do 2.6bar but we do not want to risk the motor)

Charecteristics of the Turbo(gtc1549vz) on this 1.6 motor is its excellent performance between 2000-4500rpm ,
so lag between 1500-2000rpm needs to taken care of.

Need Good Response on light feet.

This project pending since long time now figured a way to unlock ecu and extract map file using KESS v2
