I made another one, based on a ready map for this 1.9 TDI AVB engine:

You can use at your own risk, car will smoke cause of turbo limitations, high torque will destroy stock cluch pretty fast and high EGT will make nothing good to your car aswell.
You didnt touch boost limitation map so your turbo will blow 2050mbar so check into it. i suggest increasing it to 2250mbar (2300mbar max pressure for this turbo)

N45B16 is original 1.6L displacement with 10.25 CR ratio
Already i have N45B20 with 2.0 displacement and slightly bigger CR ratio approx 12

Hi

Got two files when im checking both files in Winols they look bit odd for me can you have a look and help pls If they are locked can you help to unlock them

This one is nice but having problem with fuel pressure from time to time saying its to low an going into limp mode .
I did full chceck of van on the road VCDS didnt find any problems with injectors or high pressure fuel pump.

Second file is less power and torque but no problems with van

Van is VW Crafter 109 HP 300nm 2016 ECU is EDC17C54

Hi, your mod is ready. Launch 2500rpm, Popcorn Hardcut 4200rpm. But you must know without exhaust mod it wont be that effective:)

I made a paid request on a tuning file site for a satge 1 of my ds3 e-hdi 92HP.

it works we feel that there is more power but I have an engine fault with a clamp if I go too fast in the rev counter.

in the diagbox case I have the fault "injection ramp: pressure does not reach the setpoint".

the fuel filter is new and with the original file I have no problem.

here are the 2 files (original and tuning).

Hello, I have this 1.6 8v saxo and I am not able to do pop and bang.
With the throttle loose, yes I can do it and the throttle is a little open.
Any advice or someone who can do it?
I also wanted to turn off the second lambda probe.

Im asking you for a Stage 1 remap with EGR off and a hardcut limiter at 4000RPM, if this is possible.
I also want it to smoke a little more and when you are at it, could you please remove DTC "P0638"?

As Vectra C 2.0dth psg16 is not selectable i have to select zafira. but after calculating the checksum and finished programming the car works fine in idle, but when driving stops injecting fuel at 1.5k RPM. After diagnosis i have a lot of fault codes. when writing back the original software everything works fine. The guy i have this software from redid the file a few times and lastly said that mpps probably does the checksum wrong.
what do you say about this? as you can probably tell im pretty new to all this.

Hi everyone.
Please can someone check this file if any post/after injection map or injection during exhaust stroke as exhaust/catalytic heating treatment.
I have a problem with this Mercedes W203 C320 cdi, it smokes a lot on idle and mid accelarations, its a white smoke with strong unburnt fuel smell, it's definitely fuel, not oil.
Car starts fine in 1 kick, lots of power, not consuming oil, no smoke on heavy acceleration, climbs uphills on top gear speeding up to 150km/h. Not compression related.
Injectors tested and all fine, another set of 6x injectors from another similar car perfect running fitted and same thing, and these injectors on another car, worked perfectly.
Exhaust have been welded a piece of pipe, i think cat was removed/bipass, and maybe its trying to inject fuel during exhaust to attempt warm/heat up the cat (that no longer there).
In the morning when cold it starts very well and no smoke at all, but after few minutes running/warming up it starts the white smoke.
ECU bosch 6421504391 EDC16CP31 0281013119.
Im not sure if maps are still original or moded, as the car came in to me with this problem.

Please can anyone help me, i don't have much experience on Chiptuning and locating and identifying maps. If someone can show me the map post injection/exhaust stroke fuel injection map if exists then i can try work on it.
