i am still quiet new to this. ive been flashing my DM800(not HD or SE) with dreamup v4.0. im looking for new image for dreamup.
Can any bro out there help me? PM me the new image or point me to the correct thread where i can download new SG Sh image for dreamup.

Dont quite understand what you trying to say
800 only have HD or SE, if your box is none of the above, then what is it?
Dreamup is a program not an image
Image is an image, not a dreamup
Dreamup so far only until 1.3.3.9, how you manage to download a version so far ahead?

dm800hdse cannot boot up

Im a newbiw to the dreambox. I recently purchased a clone dm800hdse with wifi function. I accidentally install some plugin and now my set cannot boot up. I did not do any back up to this box and now I am stuck. I have tried connecting to the web interface with the ip address display on the box LCD panel. the only solution now is to flash a new image. Please see my attached file. Can any expert advise me what are the steps to be done so that I can flash a new image and how do I get the magic keys again. Can you FTP into your box as shown in the box glass panel an IP address which it got from your router! if it is possible, just FTP in and grab the magic files (/var/keys & /var/scce) and read the notes provide and reflash in a new image and put back the files and you are all set to go. Cheers

Hi novaol. Thanks for your prompt reply. I was able to ftp into my box as what I have posted based on the 3 photos. The problem is how can I get the magic files from the (/var/keys & /var/scce) ? I don't really know how to navigate to that path as what u have mentioned. As mentioned, I did not do any backup of files. and now this set cannot even boot up to the previous channels. Please advise.

Use a FREE FTP program eg FileZilla to navigate it thru as a normal FTP command (DOS prompt) is not really your cup of tea actually. I use CoffeeFTP as it works great for me due to FileZilla was reported a Virus Variant by my NOD32 AntiVirus. Hope that helps. Cheers

Thanks. just to check if I have another set of working dm800hdse that was bought from the same supplier. is it possible that I do a backup of files from that working box and copy all the files to a thumbdrive and copy to my box to do a flashing? If it is possible, what are the files that I need to transfer over to my problem box in order for it to work? Please advise. thanks.
