Dm800se image open pli with chinese epg include mediaportal 4.4, tsmedia 3.91, mytube and tspanel 7.2. Delete unnecessary plugin in image as image size is very large. Ftp yr own key files and restart softcam.

i use the image Open Pli 2.1-dm800se-SSL-84b i can only watch ch5,ch8 and chU but not the other paid channels =(

but if i use this image SG-Cnigma2-SSL-84b i can watch all the paid channels except for BPL channels which are missing

anyone know why i can't use the Open Pli 2.1-dm800se-SSL-84b image?

You need to update the boutique files in order to view the BPL matches. You can download it from SGSH Bouquet 500C/800HD/800SE. Hope that helps. Cheers

the problem is when i use that image,i can't even view the rest of the channels like discovery,history channel etc

Read the 1st sticky in this forum and learn how to use dbedit to push the bouquet into yr image. Once everything is working, do remember to make a backup via dflash ot TsImage tools

Hello, i got a problem, when i plug it in the video is distorted and no sound. And then after awhile it will not response to any input controls. but the video will still move but distorted and cannot off unless pluged outta power. I tried another set ok no problem but this set has this issue tried with same cable and tv. Its a DM800HD model. is it a firmware issue? need some advice thanks

Judging from what you guys asked.. its all basics

Its not very difficult to understand

1) can watch all channels- because image has keys and scce
2) cannot watch channels - because no keys and scce

800HD and 800SE image is not same. Please flash the correct one for your box.
