Hi ultrakiasu, can u advise if the 2013-05-08 FW is compatible with FYHD-800e? Its current FW is dated 2013-04-08.

i have a white FYHD-800e. Is this newer than the HDC-800 model series? Wondering if i can use the Singapore dreambox 05-08 FW.

I followed the steps. Upgrade software and scan again. All have. Simple enough and finally figured how to do it correctly.

Mine is FYHD white box (800-IV). Can cancel Mio Stadium once contract expire on Sep.

Using fy hd800c vii, after update epl channel available but I lost star Chinese movie legend, the normal channels ( channel 8 ,5 etc.) also the channel list is all jumble up even after I do a full rescan and factory reset... Pls help

Do another auto scan with symbol 6875 ?
Arrange Channel by LCN ?

Civicguy, can you get the sound from the BPL Channel? i could not get any sound from it and wondering how to solve the problem. Pls do guide me.

Negative bro... Tried but failed... Can't watch local channels unless I unplug and use tv direct. Channel 103-107 missing...

Mine is the white FY HD800C-ii, a 2012 model. I updated the firmware to the 05082013 one from Lastest Firmware for MVHD/FYHD/TNHD white and black box and then fully rescanned the channels.

Happy to report that it receives 224 to 231 as named, but channels 232 and 233 were pushed down to channels 1000+.

But I lost the Okto channel, and cannot manually scan anymore.

Everytime I press manual scan it goes to auto scan and I cannot amend the frequencies.

I have just found out that it is not necessary to upgrade firmware for our 1st gen FYHD as I have just help a friend to search for all new channels using old firmware.
