Try full scan liao still can't. Later go back try again see can or not. ***128532;

For those who have successfully scanned and able to watch BPL, can you still watch it today? I realised my channels for BPL are now showing blank screens. I tried rescanning but still can't find back the BPL.

How are the rest of yous?

i notice this set sometimes need a power reboot, meaning turning off the power supply, waita few seconds and turn on again.
i experience twice after some 1 week on standby (meaning powered but set not turn on:red led) never turn my box will show black and cannot descamble or totally cannot even turn on with remote..
but after turning off the power adapter, wait a few sec, and reboot then all is well..

Hi balis, I also have a similar problem.. It is supposedly a signal problem and I wanted to install a signal booster but my home layout does not allow one.. However, I have noticed when u initially turn on the box.. Alot of pixelation occurs.. Leave it on for around 5 - 10 mins and everything will be ok.. That's how it is for me so far

I just bought this FYHD MVD600-C. I am unable to get any channels when scanning. It does scan the channels and lastly it shows saving config but right after tht, it will go back to the channel scan page. By right, it should straight away go to Channel 1. Any idea how to resolve this issue?

0 channels detected, which is probably why it went back to the scan page.

When you use another box, did you notice the quality bar increase?

Also can the set watch FTA channels??

Maybe due to the tuner not working..

I thought it would be good to share here how I manage to get all the new channels here since I've got PM asking me on how I do it.
1) Make sure you have the latest FW ( file should be FY.AP), not those on pg 7 here.
2) select Menu/ Channel search / Manual search.
3) At Frequency(MHZ) select 128 / 136 / 149 (do one frequency at a time) and Symbol at 6090
4) Before you press ok to search,WAIT for the Quality bar below for signal strength first. If no signal shown, pressing ok will not get you any new channel. (It may take around 5-30 sec before you see the Quality bar showing signal and it may take a few try before you get it.)


Channel 101 to 106 will be shown and 107/108 will be shown as unknownChl
Remember all the new channels will be situated at the back and will not be in correct order. I just save them as FAV for easy access. Hope it helps.
