I am busy sorting my emails out now so I can leave.. I have been with cable since the start, with a full package for most the time, started off as diamond cable, then NTL, then Virgin Media.

Once I have the emails all sorted I will be ~~~~ing them off. Fobbed off by customer service.
Freeview, Movies from Elsewhere, and a BB package from somewhere that moneysupermarket.com recommends at the time of move is all I need. ?60 a year in stead of ?250.

im on the most basic package there is ?11:50 pcm tvm+ if your joinin make sure u say u were told about vm by a friend and u and ur friend are eligable for ?30 discount each.

Wow just got off the phone to a great guy from virgin media.

just get the new starview 6 and conect it to your router/modem and try that out mine is working ,you dont get any adult stuff thow but who cares anyway, it was never any thing great anyway,o and there is some disney channels missing, but the main important ones are ther the sport and movies

If you ring up and tell them your about to cancel your service they will match any deal any other provider will do, i got them to send me another HD box for free with free install in another room so i have two boxes, all sports channels, largest package, all movies etc, 20mb internet with all HD channels, 75 a month.

I rang sky and they will do the same for 85 a month, but im sick of VM now tbh as i prefer the sky service by a mile, too much mess and they really do not care, so now im getting Sky Multiroom, two HD boxs, all HD channels, all Sports, all movies, all entertaintment packages, 20mb internet and phone put in for 85 a month, no installation fees.

Im happy, i suppose.

I rang VM tonight and got free installation V+ HD box, XL TV package, L phone (evening and wkd calls free) and L broadband (upto 10MB) for ?42.69 per month. Very pleased.
