well i aint got the 8882 error but my sv5 starts with the numbers 8882 for at least 30 seconds or so... now iv had my sv5 running perfectly untill tonight seems that vm have blocked my signal anyone know how to get it up and running again?Comment

I think you will find all SV5s show 8882 on boot up for a few seconds m8 thats normal as long as it boots there should be no problem.Have you tried a rescan?If i have helped you please dont post Thanks just use the Thanks buttonComment

HI just got my SV5 and followed the tut then sat back and watched the TV. used firmware 2.03 worked fine .

Ok guys a big important update, im in leeds area and my signal has deffinately been blocked, also my cousin is in the doncaster area and he has a sv4 and his signal has been blocked, just thought i would let you know they are doing updates in all area's hope you all have no viewing problems, will there be any firmware coming out soon to update this recent thing kicked out by vmComment

it not n3 im nearer to the bradford main hubs and it kicks out a bradford ip..... so on that note i think they have just blocked the signal around this areaComment

There have been TP realignments in your area, along with fw updates by VM. For now a factory reset, rescan and turn keycode back on will get your channels back.I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer. - Douglas AdamsComment
