As quoted in the scottish sunday mail today, celtic manager Neil Lennon is under police investigation for alleged racist remarks made to rangers player el hadji diouf. Police have recieved 200 complaints from rangers fans alleging the celtic manager told diouf to f*** off n*****. Part of the police investigation will include the use of lip reading experts to study television pictures of the altrecation between lennon and diouf.

the thing i was wondering about is where the altrecation took place i dont think there was any rangers fans in that area, so maybe the complaints came from something that was picked up on the telly although i dont recall hearing anything myself when i watched it.Comment

More to the point, the title of this thread should have focused on the evil threats against Neil Lennon, bomb and bullets posted to his home, and all for managing a football team. I feel personally that Rangers football club are a disgrace in that they haven't condemned the threats and shown Neil Lennon support, I also feel every football fan should be appalled that a football manger can be treated in such an appalling way.
