they stayed with you because they wanted to play for you...do you think scholes,butt, the nevilles and some others, would be classed as world class in any other team? no they played as a team who came thro' the ranks... as a TEAM. but seperately, they were not world class... giggs/beckam apart...All brought up through the ranks all world class players and all stayed with use cause we were successful or left when SAF fell out with themI am sure world class players would not of stayed with us if we wern't successful now do you get it

No you need Fifa to impose a Salary cap thru out world football. maybe it can't be dollar for dollar but more like you can't spent beyond your means. Example is Man City i'm sure the owners spent more than the team brought in. Roman does it with Chelsea. It would alteast give other teams a chance to generate more revenue so they can invest it back. I know there is no one system that will be perfect but they need to do something cause teams without owners like Man City start to carry debt and drown in it.Comment

torres and owen left cause they didn't see liverpool winning anything thats why they left!! We sold Ron for 80m and are still winning trophies you sold torres and bought carrol and Henderson!! All players who are good enough to play week in week out stay at a success full club cause they want to win trophies, If they don't see any trophies or any chance of a trophie they move to pastures new, to better clubs to get some sliverware..Comment
