Been waiting for a decision on this and now got to wait another 3/4 days for it to come to an end. I was optimistic but now not so sure of the outcome.

Patrice Evra allegedly told Andre Marriner that "You're only booking me because I'm black."

Patrice Evra "Don't touch me you South American." Luis Suarez: "Porque, Negrito?" = >>>> WHY <<<<, pal/mate.

Andre Marriner has also said he didn't hear anything regarding Evra being racially abused until the end of the game when Sir Alex accompanied by Evra came to his dressing room.

Four game ban should be right and a fine for ken nee for backing him.
                Sir Alex Ferguson in 1988

"This isn't just a job to me." "It's a mission. I am deadly serious about it. Some people would reckon too serious. We will get there, believe me. And when it happens, life will change for Liverpool and everyone else - dramatically."

                Sir Alex Ferguson. (20)

John Mackie who was playing for Reading at the time got found guilty of racist abuse to another player which he admitted. He later got a 8 game ban with 5 of the games suspended because he owned up to the charge.

Luis has pleaded not guilty to the charge, there for the FA can hand out a minimum of 6 games ban IF Luis is found guilty. Liverpool also have a linguistic expert fighting the case on their behalf.

Fulham manager Martin Jol has backed Luis Suarez in the ongoing racism row.

Suarez, 24, is facing an FA disciplinary case after allegedly racially abusing Manchester United defender Patrice Evra.

However, Jol told Press Association Sport that he would be shocked if it was found that this was the case.

Jol worked with Suarez for 18 months while managing Ajax and believes the Uruguayan isn't racist.

The independent panel selected by the FA for the hearing of the various evidence. The three men on the panel are Paul Goulding QC, part of the FA judicial panel since 2008, Brian Jones chairman of the Sheffield and Hallamshire FA and the former Sunderland and Wrexham manager Denis Smith now on Stoke coaching staff.

It is the appointment of Denis Smith that the Anfield faithful appear to be getting worried about. They claim the following 3 points are reasons why Smith should not only not be on the panel but that any decision made should be appealed and overturned immediately.
                      • Smith Autobiography which claims he saved Sir Alex Ferguson career.
                      • Smith managed Darren Ferguson whilst manager of Wrexham
                      • Smith named Darren Ferguson as captain.

I can't believe all the resources being used in this investigation. I don't think they used this much trying to find Jack the Ripper. After all said and done if Suarez is found innocent (I believe he is) what will happen to Evra? will he be fined? Banned 4 games like the kiss ass ManU fan said Saurez should get. Will Suarez get his good name back? Cause right now no matter what someone will always think he said it and that will be the real crime.

TBH...thats probably NOT what happened, I would imagine Fergie chatted with him and advised him he should better be sure cos we all know Evra has previously accused people in the wrong.

IMHO...non white players who accuse people in the wrong of racial abuse do more harm than racists do.

I may be biased but I honestly believe it was not racial, it was a misunderstanding and PFA chairman Gordon Taylor even wanted to mediate between them but Evra refused that offer.

IF Suarez said anything to him in a racist manner surely you would highlight it at the time to the ref and anyone else, yet Evra chose the end ofthe game to do it and not to the Sky or British press but to the French press.

I just won't this matter resolved with its gone on too long.
