Obviously LetterBomb is for a 4.3 Wii but what was your Wii version before and how old is your Wii because NeoGamma can only be used to play burnt and original discs?

Nintendo fitted different DVD players in the latter Wii's to stop people playing burnt discs. Add sysCheck v2.1.0 Beta 11 to your SD card and run it from HBC and check if it says The drive supports DVDs near the top. You could post the sysCheck report saying which IOS's you are using.

My wii was 4.3 e I only used letterbomb to install homebrew channels and nothing else,I think that is the problem.
Can I run modmii even if I have installed homebrewchannel with letterbomb already?
            Thanks a lot.

Yes I can help you are the second person in a week that has managed to stub out your cios 249 which is the cios that neogamma and most other loaders use to run. Take that syscheck csv that you have just posted and download modmii from the dk downloads section. Load modmii into the pc and run it. Let it update and follow the instructions, when you get to the main menu select the update softmod section (or similar to that) and put the csv file iyo it when requested, this will then download all your missing cios and update all the ios. You then just load them into the wii with your wad manager

Ok its always been 4.3 which means there is no point in having NeoGamma as you can't play burnt discs.

As mensioned you don't have IOS249 so you may as well install Digital Kaos - Downloads - D2X v7 WAD PACK then you will have IOS245 to IOS251 and register them all with MMM which is all you need to use an external USB drive with any of the USB Loaders.

Neogamma r 9 has usb hdd support keith but as with the discs it will only load them with cios 249 as far as I know it doesn't have the option to change cios

I tried NeoGamma R8 and burnt a game disc with ImgBurn but it just brings up a DVD read 1167 error, obviously the later DVD drive, I haven't bothered trying R9. Its not really worth buying good quality DVD's when you have an HDD.

You are right keith. I can use disc but don't see the point of using them due to cost and the fact the wii can only read them at 3x speed when it reads an original at 6x resulting in occasional game lag or loading problems
