Your doing it wrong bud, put the cIOS on your SD card, in the Apps folder make a folder called CIOS15, inside there put the cIOS 15 file, now rename that to boot.dol......
          Now...................
open up homebrew channel, locate the cIOS15 folder, select it.
          Job done.

cIOS installer, you rename that to boot.dol m8.

Apps on route of SD card, inside Apps have a folder called CIOS15, then inside that put the cios installer, once in there rename the installer to boot.dol
Now open homebrew channel, locate the CIOS15 folder and select it, then install it via network.

Yup you have to use 249 m8. (go into the menu select pal 50 or 60, use ios 249), it does tell you this in post 1 m8.

"4.Once installed make sure you still have the uloader on your SD card, click on ULoader in the Wii channel, press 2 to launch from DVD,select ios 249,Pal 50 or 60 works, then load the game, should be working no problem".

                            thanks for the reply!

when using the backup of mario bros., uloader doesn?t give the option to change ios or pal. the disk spins until it says dvd error.
i tried using a different disk to first change the settings, then put in the smb disk. still same problem even on 249, pal 50/60.

                            any other suggestions? thnx

Gotta be the discs your using m8.
What make of discs, DVDRs or DVD+R ?
What prog did you use to burn it ?
Get a disc that did work b4 and get into the menu you'll see that you can change options.

M8, forget wad manager !!! just open up the homebrew channel, as soon as you do this you'll see the cios15 folder, make sure your connected to the net, then click on it, select from network.
We'll crack this by the end of the day, lucky I'm off today
