You haven't installed dashlaunch yet, have you?
To me that sounds like the glitch hack installation (but cant say for sure).
Some boxes can take several mins to boot and capacitors are being used to shorten the time in some troublesome consoles.
It might be worth having a chat with the person who glitched your console about that issue.

gpu temp seems a bit on the high side. did you turn your fan on in freestyle settings?

seems ok when i run freestyle from my external hdd

you might want to consider turning the fan on. A cooler console will perform better

turn the auto scan back on and let it finish scanning.
After the initial scan it doesn't take long.

Does freestyle show the correct path to your games folder in settings?

you could change the path in the launch file to where you have freestyle on your usb, if you feel it performs better there

in my games setting folder i can have sub folders yeh.? like original xbox, 360 games and XBLA and god folder?

I have different folders in my usb drive, Games, XBLA, GOD, xbox1 rather than sub folders

while i was in freestyle i tried to rip a game to my hdd not it didnt recognise i had a disc in my drive, eventually the box froze

Will it play a game from disc drive?
Maybe rip the game on your pc and then onto usb drive?
