IF you flash the drive and its detected by m$ then yes you will be banned from live.

Not yet, they can dump the firmware but no new firmware released for it

Hi all i payed a guy in Chicago to do my xbox360 but i cant contact him no more so i don't really know which flash i have but i know that he did some soldering and i know that the new need for speed is not working oh and the cod black ops stops working along with halo reach .... so no Im trying to get in to flashing not for $$ but for my one xbox can some one PM me some links of what i need to buy ? and which flash do i need ... please thx ppl

No there are non solder solutions (PMT from xecuter and Scorpian from maximus) These are compatable with all liteon drives and does not require the MRA method

would you still need your original key cunny if using (PMT from xecuter and Scorpian from maximus), ive upgraded a couple for some guys but i always keep their original keys backed up just in case, but there's been a few asking if i could do theirs and as they were done elseware i dont hace their keys
