I have problem windows 7 64bits no detecting my datacard

i have huawei e5832 from orange I installed the drivers but carlock unlock is not doesnt function for me it saya datacard not found! and i dont know why? please help

The QMAT version I have has errors during read EFS...

Device: Huawei E5832S
Network: Globe (Philippines)
IMEI: 354104034366445
Software version: 956.11.109.02.309sp01

Do I need to change software version to : 956.11.17.05.309 from (E5832sUpdate_956.11.17.05.309.zip) so that QMAT will work?

This probably applies to both:

1. Ensure that you plugged the device into a USB port and that it fully installed itself!
2. Reboot PC.
3. Run Dashboard and check device is found.
4. Close Dashboard software FULLY - Check in system tray that it has!!
5. Now follow procedure step by step.

Note for Globe devices, they are almost impossible to unlock as the lock code counter is shipped as 10/10 used so, even if you get the correct code it is impossible to enter it to the device!!
