How do you save the backup?

check in plugins, backup 1-1 usb ? im just stock on vix 3.0 build 600 and don't really wanna keep it on rather use openpli 4.0

Digicon it's still wrong I know your calculations on what it should be are correct based on the information to do with item being sold but as the quoted above states they don't add up to that it is 128mb flash and 256mb ram. (original are only 128mb flash & 512mb ram)

The ram may be simply available ram so 256 is currently being used so in that case it would add up to 512 if not they have halved the ram from the original box.

Basically it looks like they have lied to catch people out the give away is in digicon calculation why would a clone have more flash then original it was cloned from especially with memory prices being very high at the moment?

and i still cant see the Image being only around 23mb Vix works out compressed at just under 42mb so uncompressed it will be higher so total Flash @ 128 - 60 mb say should be around 68 left

Use the frontend VUCC to FTP in as it allows no password override

I use the OpenPLI 4.0 image on 3 of my receivers here and none have had passwords on, OpenPLI dont password there images

Although the OpenPLI 4.0 image has no password have you tried telnet - change password and then tried to login with the new password.

I win, a simple Reset factory settings has it back working

Heres the flash instructions I found:

Flashing the Receiver. Maxdigital XP1000
***8211; Fully power the receiver down via the rocker switch at the rear of the receiver.
***8211; Insert the USB stick containing the image files into the rear USB port on the receiver.
***8211; Power the receiver on from the rear rocker switch
***8211; Wait for both the RED Recording LED and the LED on the front standby button to appear
RED, once you see this you must press the CH+ located behind the flap on the front of the
receiver to initiate the flashing process.
***8211; Wait for the image to flash, during this time the Standby button LED will appear purple to
indicate that the image is being flashed.
***8211; When the flashing process has completed the receiver will automatically reboot.

if your going to copy something from a legally copyrighted document the bare minimum you can do is to quote the author of that document.

here is what they sent its build 600 which is quite old but it got the box working again, they told me they will send me latest build and also openpli 4.0 tomorrow , you should send them message and also about not getting full memory

if anyone got there box can they make a backup of openpli 4.0 which was pre loaded, i was in a rush to try vix and never bothered backing up what was already on it
