Hi all, i have flashed the openpli 4.0 someone kindly uploaded on here, and have set it up, cccam, mgcamd, latest channel list, and autobouquets plugin, Tsmedia, and gets full 7 day epg, will make a backup of it, anyone know how to take off the password for FTP, as its now set as xp1000, rather have no password

If you do make a full backup of the image and want to Upload it here for other members please do so by using an external file sharing site as any images with Cams/Roms included will be deleted, Just to let you know.

only thing i cant seem to get epgimport working , on my vu solo i have epgimport working with rytec_uk source and works saving on internal flash for 7 day epg , it works fine downloads all completes , but get no epg ? just when everything else went without a glitch ! anyone ?

here is backup i made with openpli 4.0 , you flash by usb as mentioned earlier in this thread

one weird thing i noticed , when say on bbc 1, when in channel list, highlight bbc 1 same channel your on and the screen will blur , also display is set for 1080i, can change this to 1080p after, as some people dont have 1080p so safer to save with 1080i to work on 720p tvs

i currently have epg working from cross epg , using opentv, saved to internal flash , cant seem to get epgimport to work,

also if anyone can get newer build of vix 3.0 that would be great

Still waiting for my box to arrive. Reading your comments and thank you for your efforts. Any comments towards difference ibox1 (vu+ solo) and ibox2 (xp1000)? Are these boxes on same level?

Hi all, had it running for day now and seems very stable, really pushing it, seems to run quite well , i have everything loaded, i even have crossepg using opentv saving to flash , even set it to auto download and worked fine, only issue i have is when you select a channel, the info bar you will notice goes blurry for second or 2 , i also tried the picons from plugins called oscram the no padding , transparent white which i think are excellent looking, but if i set them to show while in channel list , screen is all blurry , as soon i turn off picons in channel list then its fine,

with all plugins set , epg, picons etc, i have around 31mb free

so at the moment i guess its 501mhz , 256mb flash, 512mb ram, i aint sure about ram if anyone can confirm,

Cant speak for the clones but for the original the XP1000 out performs the solo in almost every respect.

likely so that mugs would buy it.

create a bootlog if you want to be sure what ram, cpu and memory it has. and no it's nothing to do with the images but the drivers and considering the original has a inbuilt security board they must be patching the drivers or using another method to get around that.
