Don't think so I have it running on my ibox 1 without any additional media players.

Hopefully find a solution as this is the only problem i'm having so far

Finally after lots of messing around and lots of versions installed and uninstalled I have it working both BBC iPlayer and ITV Player are working as they should.

It's stuff like this that makes the boxes so interesting.

I'm running on the supplied Open Pli version that comes with the box

Did you unzip the file ? You should have a folder called xp1000 on your usb stick after unzipping

After spending 2 days trawling the net testing version after version of On Demand I thought i'd save others the pain I've just gone through and put it all into 1 place

All the files in this post were found on the OpenPli forum all i've done is consolidate into 1 post and give details on how I eventually got On Demand to work. I've only
tested BBC iPlayer and ITV Player so cant comment on any of the other functions.

First download, extract and then install enigma2-plugin-extensions-ondemand-oe2.0_beta1_all.zip this will install on demand but only ITV Player will work at this point so
                      continue with the next steps.

Second download, extract and then install enigma2-plugin-extensions-ondemandextras_0.4_mips32el.zip This file will install a few extra files required to make the extension
work. It does not add extra functions.

Third download and extract ondemandian.zip which was uploaded to OpenPli forum by ian1095. Once downloaded simply ftp into your box to location
/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/OnDemand/ and upload the full contents of the ondemandiand.zip folder overwriting all existing files.

Fourth download and extract the file Dependencies.zip all of these files were posted onto OpenPli by digidude these files will only be required if your install is missing any of the enclosed files.

Start On Demand and if you receive an error message about any of the files in dependencies then install that file restart enigma then try restarting again and continue to do
this until no error messages show. When no errors show your On Demand should now be correctly installed and working properly.

I hope this helps a few people on here it took a while to find all of the information and put it into 1 place. I've also put the instructions ondemandsetup.txt in a text document.

PM your details mate I have a spare power supply here if you cover the P&P costs.

To setup wireless usb put the usb dongle into usb slot then restart box.

Press menu > setup > system > network > wlan connection > adapter settings > press right arrow to change from no to yes on use interface >

then set your network settings. You might need to go in twice to find your home network if it doesn't show first time you go in.
