Yes this firmware is compatible with openbox S11 also
S11 is identical box. Only difference is scart output

I have 0D7E CHIP as its on the list as being an original
My previous firmware date is 30.6.11 whats the advantages in updating the firmware and finally ,is there that much of a difference in updating ??

My new Openbox s10 freezes

My new Openbox s10 freezes during timer recording. Is the new firmware going to solve the problem? What problems does the new firmware solve anyway?

advantages in updating the firmware is to fix bug issues and sound proplems etc i allways keep uptodate on firmware but make sure when updateing your firmware on your box make sure it isnt a clone or youll mess the box up......

Openbox s10 latest firmware

I have just got the latest firmware. I did try to update the latest firmware everything went on fine. I do have a problem when i open my channel list and the list is in silver color words and its hard to see what channels you want to go next. Is there any way we can change the color of the channel list like white. so that we can see it clearly. please help me

yes.. but you can dump your own channel list onto usb in settings b4 you upgrade.
