it has been showing previews along
with the SD Encore and Encore +1 channels
and now only the SD channels are opening
even though the HD channel has signal and
it's on the correct frequency. so it looks like
that is blocked.

It's been testing on 10891H (ITV Encore), 10906V (ITV Encore +1), & 10832H (ITV Encore HD).

it's not a premium channel but
the new itv Encore channels that
only start on the 9th of this month
has the HD channel blocked

All HD moves will disappear end of the week, I was working on this issue last night, I have found the xs\l files were causing the problem and can be easily sorted, I am waiting to see after installing those files on I will see how the box reacts if all ok I will then need to test the files before going on line fingers crossed.

Apologies reddevil1978 you are quite correct it was yesterday that all that was left was those 2 with TCM HD now only TCM HD remains, I got a little confused with the other 6 that had been dropped yesterday

this was reported and checked this morning.


Please before anyone posts the same information over and over please check Joe516's initial post at the start of the thread to check to see if the channel you are reporting as gone has not already been updated.

Secondly also check first to make sure it has not changed frequency either before sending any false alarms.
