All HD moves will disappear end of the week, I was working on this issue last night, I have found the xs\l files were causing the problem and can be easily sorted, I am waiting to see after installing those files on I will see how the box reacts if all ok I will then need to test the files before going on line fingers crossed.

Hi. There are loads of HD channels still working over many satellites (including 13 east) you just need the right equiment to access them. Lots of channels still opening with CAS/BISS keys. Also loads of free channels available with IPTV receivers like TM F3/F5 and you dont even need a dish for these channels just broadband. As regards to a fix for the HD channels you have to wait and see.

any decent 1920x1080 tv enhance sd anyway to a pretty good quality like digicon says at least its not completely gone yet,theres no exuse for anybody having a brick tv these days scarted up

Only the HD channels at the moment if you can live without HD then why worry

God I love this site!

After downloading and installing sattv5's Sky numbered list, I noticed my HD movies weren't working. Was just about to ask on here what the story was, and came across this thread. Query answered, even though I'm not happy with it!

Anyone have any idea about what's next to go? The parents are looking for a Skybox with gift, but if things are falling away, there's not much point.

To me without a doubt it will all come back as there is to much in stake to loose.

i hope your not holding your breath, they were blocked
on 13e last November and they are still down, i guess there is to much at stake for the provider on 28e and 13e if they havn't sorted the encryption out to make it so there channels are only available via there official subscription, because the changes are to stop unofficial ways of viewing them. and once again i will say there is more to this hobby than this satellite.

According to my peeps on the inside, sport 1 an 3 will go on 15th June, sport 2+4 on the 19th , bt sport will remain til Sept 21st :what:

Doing 1 and 3 first would make sense during the football preseason to catch people on official old sky boxes that they need to upgrade. Cricket is on 2. So although people may notice 1 and 2 have gone it would still allow them to watch cricket while waiting for their new official boxes. f1 channel would prob last a bit longer too.

Although gutting to lose hd for the price I've paid I really still can't complain whilst still getting the channels in sd.

You ou get what you pay for. As they say.
