there may be a work around but don't expect it to be made public, it will just be very very deep underground for those in the know

That makes no sense. There are many box suppliers very nervous at the moment. If there was a fix they would have it out in the public domain pronto. These guys will pay big bucks to oscam/cccam etc developers to supply a solution and keep shipments of these boxes ticking over
