I have a passat 1.8t APU 150hp BOSCH ME7.5 0261206449 4B0906018AA and i just installed a K04 turbo (up to 220hp) but i think that the ECU has to be modified in order to enjoy the full capacity of the turbo. I know a friend, the clutch I have a new sachs and calmly withstand over 420Nm :-). I also know that Delphi is not an easy remap.
I think 390-400Nm will not kill the clutch.

Yes, but requesting in almost whole area same amount of fuel (for many of these rpm values - too big amounts) connected with very low AFR (Your lambda is sometomes below 1, petrol engines with indirect injection uses ~1) makes this tuning, especially in stock car very, very bad. Of course requesting 1.7 bar on this turbo would be as same bad, but I really don't know how to burn properly 64,5 mg of fuel in rpm value of 4500 rpm. 64,5 mg on 4500 rpm means about 200ps. Hope, it will convince You a lot...

Hi, not as easy, it's EDC17CP02. If i get map adresses I could try, I've done similar (C06) in my car and it works perfect with light and hard mod, but this ECU always has torque monitoring, which should be properly tuned. One way is to decalibrate Nm to IQ, but with known adresses nothing is problem.
