Thanks by the advice...
The mod file are changed in torque limiter and injection, the turbocharger its variable geometry... some friends tell me to check and clean egr... its strange , when i put the ori file the car loks fine . 

And what that cause ? If you change something needed know what is result of this changes.
One of them will be increased exhaust kinetic power! So more smoke will be able make more boost -> overboost.
Cleaning EGR will not help, but replacing turbo steering valve and cleaning VG sure will resolve your problems.

he means clearing variable geometry, not n75 - turbo valve, in my experience that will not solve the problem.

Can someone help me with ECU for increasing the power at BMW E39 520d 136hp?
here is original file.

to download the file from ECU have used galleto software, but it took too long to download (about 500 seconds) with a cable INPA which we adjusted series.
i dont know why...
The new file can be uploaded in ECU certainly, in these circumstances?

i have a peugeot partner mk2 (berlingo) van 2008 1.6hdi 90 with edc16c34 ecu.

is it possible to get this vehicle mapped here and also is it possible to use my galletto 1260 cable to do this... i bought the cable to do a dpf delete on my old 307 using ecusafe.. but im not familiar with winols or the process of mapping. my skills would basically limit me to being able to read/write the ecu file
..

i could do with a 115/120 hp map and egr delete and if possible what ever it needs to do a decat also

i have standard (brand new) injectors fitted last year and stock turbo.. ive already blanked my egr and left it plugged in (no fault codes after 1000 miles so far)

Hi, i have here a ECU from a Opel Insignia 2.0 CDTI 160hp A20DTH EDC17C19 and read this with Kess V2 over TriCore Mode without problems. I think the ECU has a tuning protection.
I need now more power for this Car. 200-210hp is realistic for this Motor. No other modifications.
Is it possible after editing to flash the file via OBD2 or must be made again with the TriCore-Mode?

Hi guys, just brought a new ECU from the UK but it says it has software upgrade, my ecu died and also had software done for my conversion which was downpipe, large front cooler K04 turbo, exhaust and decat and have had the head gas flowed. this is for my Astra G Coupe 2.0 turbo. This is supposed to be a stage 3 map as per my old one was.if any body could confirm this map and if there is room for improvement to adapt to my setup it would be greatly appreciated. Im from south Africa if that makes any difference.

i'm not affraid to test. just concerned about checksum. i use vag edc15 suite and bricked one ecu because of checksum.

Is there pressure sensor on the hydraulic pump?
If not, you can build this system with a sensor and some bypass valve... (if the ECU is not prepared for this function)

Hi , ive an interesting one for you , myself and a mate have a mk1 jetta that has a tdi AFN 110bhp engine we fitted, bigger injector nozzles and a 130 bhp turbo with a big front mount intercooler,ive converted the loom so the engine is now running off an EDC15 ecu from a skoda Octavia ALH engine 90bhp origionally, instead of the MSA15 ecu the AFN motor ran on , the reason being we plan to drag race it .......this weekend lol , just got it running today , anyway I was wondering if someone could adjust the map up for tons of boost and smoke , its a race car so not too fussy lol, just having a laugh , im going to try adjust the map myself in the meantime but haven't a lot of experience in tuning ecus so it will be trial an error , but it would be great to try a map by someone with better ideas than ourselves :) , any help hugely appreciated
