Just got a question in mind. If my dm500 had password lock, am I able to reflash the image? Or isthere anyway to remove the password in other way then reflash it??

Yes you can still flash a new copy of the firmware but you need someone else's magic files for it to work if not you will only get FTA channels. Hope that helps.

Just received phone call from SH to replace old setup boxes (more than 3 years old) in my office. They said it's compulsory to change as they are changing "signals" in June which our current boxes won't be able to receive. N3 D-day is coming in June!

Hi All Expert, I am very new to Dreambox technology, I have a Dm800Hd Pvr. Recently got it repair from a problem, 'No CA found'. Now i am able to boot up and go to channels. But all the channels appear black, is it i have to install this ' Sg E2 Bouquet with HDs' , then only i am able to view the channels?

E2 boutiques are meant for 800 series box. Yes do install it and your channels will be shown though only available is the standard channels. Cheers
