Their warranty are bullshit.. Send once back and came back the dm500c was still spoiled. Wasted my shipping fees. Not really worth to ship back at all.. Rather I top up and buy a new sets.. I gave up on the dm500c.. Got so many problems.

The flash chip keep spoiled and img drop. In recent yrs the quality of the box had drop like got no QC at all..the China factory just wan u to buy from them often.. So what u expect from the quality from recent yrs production.

As I said before... Most of the component for 500c had discontinue therefore the chinese have to oem these component themself.

I send back so many times before. All different supplier.
But the box came back still spoilt.
Unless you know or have someone to troubleshoot in SG, otherwise, its just a waste of money sending back to them.

I still don't understand how to copy paste the bouquet for dm500c using dreambox edit. Can anyone give me a very simple straight forward way? Really appreciated.

open DMedit, go to open file, open the bouquet, then send the files over to your box ipaddress
