Dm800se image updated with latest channels include BPL. Tsmedia 3.4, tspanel 7.2, sgsh updater plugin, mytube and softcam cccam 2.21 included without config file. Just ftp yr own key files.

Any advantage using cccam instead of mgacam?

hey can i check... i am using a dm800hd...if i were to buy a dm800se, and do the flashing of image myself, can i use the keys of my dm800hd? it should be the same right?

Yes u can use them but i don't think it is a good time to buy and moreover yr dm800 are able to view hd channels.

oh i read somewhere saying the dm800se has better picture quality for larger tv screens.

I've accidentally pressed the factory reset button on my 500c dreambox and I've not backed up any of my files before I pressed it. I've tried contacting the seller but he's now MIA. I've tried to reflash my DM500C. The only available Serial Port on DreamUp is "COM12" but when DreamUp prompts me to switch on the dreambox while connected to DreamUp, nothing happens. No green bar on the Progress Act in DreamUp. Any advice? PM me if you can help. Thanks.

I think that is because 800se has true HD via HDMI, not DVI.

If u r able to boot up after factory reset, then there is no need to reflash yr box. Use the bouquet provided by astrobox and transfer them using dreamboxedit.SGSH Bouquet 06062013 E1 500C - Downloads - Digital Kaos
Install either mgcamd or evocamd for the softcam and ftp the config file and keys to yr box.

I read the difference only can tell qhen you use bigger screen tv 40 inch to 55 inch.
