Hi seniors..after flashing,i notice my display does not have the channel icons anymore. Do I need to restore manually? Are there stickies on how I shd do it?

Dm800se image updated with latest channels include BPL. Tsmedia 3.4, tspanel 7.2, sgsh updater plugin, mytube and softcam cccam 2.21 included without config file. Just ftp yr own key files.

I've thrown in my own keys, but the channels won't work. what else should I be looking at?

have flashed many other images before, so trying to figure out where seems to be the problem.

Must be the wrong set of k*ys then, hope u r not using dm500 ones ... btw do try a full restart, might work if u think u hv the right set of keys

All of them, there are no icons on the OLED, just the channel no & text info.

i also have the same problem as the previous poster, only can view FTA all other channels are black.

I realised I did not save my keys..anyways I reflashed it to my previous working nfi, so I'm back to where i started..which is a good thing.

So now I have 2 qns:

1. Update: I have backup my keys & scce, flashed with the new bpl nfi & successfully restored my keys & scce

***Other than /var/keys & /var/scce are there any other keys /folders I will need to backup - completed **

2. In my FTP I can see the picon folder, & it does have the png files, but I don't understand why its not showing up on the OLED?

I doubt so. the set of keys came from my dm800hd set.

im currently using Sunray sr4 800se. could it be the image is not compatible with Sunray models?

Is the sunray 800se and the dm800se the same? 800se images can be used for the sunray version too right as long it aso has a cable tuner. Correct me if I am wrong.

yes i would like that since when i got my box it came like that, but after i did the bpl nfi update, it no longer shows on the oled.

Are u using the open pli image? If yes, download the file below and ftp to usr/share/enigma2/ and restart enigma. Pls keep yr original file in case u want to revert back.

What are the channels that do not work? Have u tried with fta channels first? Sr4 set does not function like normal cable tuner so u need to input all the sh frequency in satellite.xml to scan for sh channels.
