hi all DK veterans, I know this forum is for DB and all these FYHD boxes are just dummy version of it. but many of us FYHD box users are not tech incline and only just wanna watch free tv (cheapo). when we faced with tech issues I hope veterans here can continue to support this thread and just help us where possible. many thanks.

Must say... Good luck.

Pray hard that the box can still be use like it promised (N3 supported).

Like I said before, the ethernet port for certain batch of the FYHD box have been deactivated on purpose so u have to buy new box when the time come if Cs is require.

Wah Sian! i also just buy this FYHD then i saw this forum. decides to check it out. sian sian sian bad news.
I also realised i cant get any of those new channel like tv4me, lifetime, H2. I did however saw a thread on updating the firmware. will give it a try and update

i download jathro firmware upgrade in page 7 of this thread.
but then hor i only got 229 and 230 working. the rest of the channel my FYHD 800 black box cannot receive. haha

may i know which box you are using? FYHD black/white or the MVHD?
and you use which firmware update? jathro one or website or your own source?

jatrophaseed bro posted a link at bottom of page 7. used that. don't see any newer firmware anywhere else.
