does this mean FYHD ii can get all epl channels? i have some only and at the end i have mio multiview etc. but they cant be viewed

Hi all,

I just did a flash on my HDC-800 with this fw and now it cannot detect any channels at all.
I'm stuck at the Installation Guide menu.

Before upgrading I've noticed that the Min freq was xxMhz (2 digits) to Max xxxxMhz (4 digits) for Full Scan.
After upgrading the Min freq is 98000Mhz to 786000Mhz and the Symbol (Ks/s) is defaulted at 6875.
I've tried Restore Factory Default, reflashing the fw again and hard reboot multiple times but to no avail.

Can any senior members provide some advice if this are the correct settings?
Or is there additional steps that I missed?

the one posted by cyrus666 shld be the same as the second link of the web, for white FYHD. Works for black fyhd too. Difference being the interface and channel arrangements.

you may want to try to change the symbol rate from 6875 Ks/s to 6090 Ks/s before starting the full scan.

Can, but you need to remove the Hard Disk and plug into your PC, then can watch on the PC.

Ahh, screen shows recording, it came out as AVCHD .mts file which i could not play. Any recommendation? thx in advance

Just use VLC player to play.

Yes supposed to work, but keep getting corrupted .mts files. have troubleshoot the problem

Updated my firmware on my FYHD 800c VII but still can't get the BPL channels. The M**Stadium channels show up on #916 multi-view, #917 and #918 but all black screens though it can detect the program in the EPG. Does anybody else have the same problem?

Has anybody tried the FW that cyrus666 posted? It's for the white box so I'm afraid it might brick my black box as I'm not very tech-savvy.

Tested the firmware 050813 on white FYHD-800-IV, initially only can get 3 channels. Since yesterday, did a re-scan, manage to get 226-234 in orderly channel list.

However, not sure whether it works since all channel showing the same "Thank You" screen. Have to wait till Saturday to confirm it's OK.

I tried the fw update uploaded by cyrus666, once it finished updating, change the ks/s to 6090. Miostadium channels are there, only 2 channels are at channel 1000+
