As for the Zgemma ? I will be getting one. If the arguments about clones vs gen boxes we'd be here all night. If the box does as the specs say , decent speed and runs OK , pictures fine (samsung tuner I think) then I don't give a flyer if it's a clone of a clones best m8's cloned box at 85 sods it'll do for me.

there was nothing wrong with the dm500's s or c , still running now 5 years on.

what size external powered hdd can it use and presume it could if you wish record to nas drive via home network,any issues playing recordings say through a vu box via network?

I'm an end user mate that's all just trying to help out my fellow enigma2 users. But I hear what your saying. I'll keep it purely down to the technical stuff now no probs.
So I know people like modding their boxes, there is quite a bit of space inside these you could fit a hard drive in but it would still have to plug into usb as there is no sata port.

As per our warning on your first post, it looks like you are in fact advertising these STBs as opposed to offering a genuine and unbiased review. No more comparing other sites or talking about price wars, this is DK not fleabay.

You won't be dissapointed mate! Does all that a combo box from world of sat can do but for 70% less in real pound coins so your already winning!! I'm interested to see what these other companies are gonna do now because in fact the nearest combo and twin tuner enigma2 boxes are over 70% more expensive, great news for us buyers/users,,,, let the price wars commence!!!

Don't faint ive ordered 2 boxes one of each so will post my comments once I get them.
My main box is on its last legs so one is for me so lets hope they are the dogs bollox.

Ive just had 2 priced for less than 150 del with dhl. Got a mate who wants a new box so might test these at that price.

What are the difference between the 2 boxes,is one a cable/sat combo and the other just a twin tuner sat box?
