I can't believe some think this is a crime let alone punishable by going to Jail. I see it as only something that goes against the Fifa's Fair play. If found guilty calling Evra a nigger then fine him and suspend him for some games but that is it. I grew up with a thing called free speech. Remember it's free speech not free speech except for calling someone a nigger or a mick or a Ginny and so on. You shouldn't call someone them cause it's disrespectful to. I don't know about you but i sure don't want someone telling me what to do or say. If they are going to lock you up for that what will be next the government will send out a list of words you can't say. So please stop all the fuss about what Luis Suarez said or didn't say and get over it. Let the FA deal with it and leave the government out of it.

We are going a bit off topic, but I disagree with you bud. If I absolutely hated a black person so much and I really, really wanted to piss him off I would not and could not call him a nigger. you can always take it to an appeal tribunal,could then run for months.even his own defence was based on weather the word negrito (negro) was racist or not does that not tell you something because it tells me that he must have used that word otherwise why argue the point. saying that he and liverpool could be risking a far heavier ban and fine if they do decide to appeal....do you seriously think louise has been framed? your watching too many movies.sorry any guy who can bite a fellow human being is capable of anything.
