this software is provided for free for USA and Canada but not for Europe

just find the corresponding printer model
for example:

SX420 corresponding to NX420
SX515W SX510W - NX515 NX510
Stylus Photo PX - Artisan

and so on

email and Serial Number of your printer required
after completing all field click on "get activation key"

short after you going to receive a email with download link and activation key

Hm didn't work for me. Is there any possibility to reset it to the previous settings? Because now my SX125 doesn't recognize three of four cartridges anymore. Previously it was only one which wasn't recognized.

This software does not fix cartridges not being recognized


This software is only for resetting the waste ink pad error




If the printer is not recognizing inks it is either due to the cartridge chip reading empty, or the chip is faulty.

Replace the cartridges!
