I am from Indonesia, had the same problem with my friends here. each is enabled, the Dell Latitude D630 laptop I only bring this notification as "this computer # 5DCMT1S-595B, the system is protected by a password authentication system. you can not acces the data in this computer without the correct password"

please help me, I've tried many password but none have succeeded.

This password is unfortunately not correct. There is no Latitude laptop. It is a Optiplex GX 520 with the service tag number 82N3C2J Is it because it is not a notebook?
