Good afternoon masters
m so sorry for request help again. Sorry if my english was so bad
i have try the password that you gave yesterday and this is work very good. But, after i use that password, there is other password request on my laptop screen. The notification is like this : "Hard-disk #XE208A10913-595B, the system primary HDD, is protected by a password authentication system. You cannot access data on this hard drive without the correct password". I try to use same password that you gave, but not work. Please masters, help me again.
What am i going to do?

The service tag number is correct, 82N3C2J, all letters written large. Without attachments-595B and the Express Service Code: 17573977819. What is a qwerty keyboard strokes? In Germany, bought keyboard?Comment

QWERTY keyboard is when the first five keys of top row are QWERTY

Service Tag
I believe all Dell Service Tag numbers are 7 digits and all end in 1. I tried looking up the tag you gave, substiuting a 1 on the end instead of J, and it does not exist. Look for a white bar coded label on the back of the machine, for the Service Tag.
For Dell GX520,s there is a jumper to disable passwords on the machine. You can look here Documentation under System Board Components. PSWD JUMPER - remove it.Comment

Hey my brother handed me down this computer from his old office but it is still locked, i would really appreciate it if you could help me out, the service tag is: 52LRXG1-595B
i just realised that it was a "Z" not a "2"
the actual service tag is: 5ZLRXG1-595BComment
