dowloaded the latest firmware but it says corrupted im am using winrar do i need a different programme to unzip it

Winrar should be ok, but try 7zip also and it's free.

try another pc , or another winrar or winzip , or try 7zip which is free

delete the file from your laptop or PC that you've already downloaded, then try downloading it again, sometimes it doesn't work the first time

Am having issues with dis version my lines keep disconnecting and wo t reconnect the net wrks blade online wrks, only way to get lines wrkin is to factory reset and start fresh, everytime I turn box off same situation any ideas???

u shud factory reset with every new firmware anyway.

factory reset the box, then put the new firmware on, then factory reset again to lock the firmware, then put ur line in and u shud be good to go.

where did you get the latest firmware from?? blade online??

Got it from the blade media website and put it on USB stick and loaded it on the box. Then went to blade online and got 28e Astra channel list (Wales region). Cheers
