TM-5402 DH, Lost all Channels

Hi All,
this is my first posting, I have tm-5402 HD, I was having a wonderfull time watching all the channels till last week when I was playing with the box and reset it to factory setting and have lost every thing, all get now are the free view channels, please help, I have no idea what to do.

Sounds like you have a pre configured receiver, contact the seller first.

Hi guys, first post. Got a TM5402HD hooked up to a SONY 3D Screen. Does TM5402HD support 3D channels? I know there is only one at the moBment, Sly3D, but it doesn't seem to work. I got it paired with a quad LNB and O2 B/B. Works good but I think the W/L Router is past its sell-by date. Might ring O2 n see if they replace it FOC.

Best start own thread, but nearly all HD receivers are 3d compatible for the signal.
It's the TV thats needs to do the rest.

Most of those keys are CW keys and will have expired.

Hi all, just bought the 5402, first step into HD.. any tips, helpful hints and advice anyone can give me for start up etc? Will have a motorised dish too.

ive read all the stuff about using ccams on the tm 5402 ive installed all the software patch number 116 and the addon file
even added the cline to the box protocol is cccam active is on but the status is disconnected im i missing something else ? if i press the sat button while in the server list it uploads no problem at all

ive given up all hope now !!! please help !!

how did you add your line? and is the line active

are you pressing the red button to connect the line

after putting line details in correct places

Either line is entered incorrectly ie upper/lower cae wrong or line is dead.

ive put the cline details in using the remote ip key then change one of the connections set up already using the pdf file earlier in the post im going to buy a new line now just to check the details thanks again

when pressing the sat button while in the sever list all you are doing is sending a txt file to your usb pen or hard drive, edit this txt file on your pc with your c line then put this back in the techno
