you can't find it on your tm5402 non linux
ecm time is the speed of your cccam/newcamd connecting to the card of the server your connected to ,the quiker the less freezing/glitching so make sure to set your ecm pids
this is a bit the same as cccam.prio on linux
To get to your ecm pid's goto any $channel and press mute>exit>blue button
when you are in the ECM PID's menu it will be on auto in default but in c.s. the tm will request all ECM PID's in the list from server and this will bring up your ecm request time (long time for channel to clear and glitching /freezing)
so in the ecm pid's list of the channel if you pick the one that your server is using your tm will connect/clear this channel faster and it will be more stable (bring down your ecm request time) once you pick one you will have to save and move to a different channel and back to see if the ecm pid is working for you if not you will have to go back in the ecm pid menu and select one that is working with your server.
Sounds like a lot of work and yes it is but it makes a big difference for me with the channels that were clearing very slow and were freezing/glitching a lot.If you want to try this maybe start with a channel that is clearing badly for you and see if it makes a difference.
Some providers will have only one still pick that one to lower your ecm's,some providers will have loads so you will have to go trough the list to see wich one works best.
Don't forget to make regular channellist backups and the ecm pid's will be saved too !!!

Thank you very much for your detailed answear, much appreciate! Can you please give me an example of fast ECM or a low one? What is the minimum value number where you can have glitching/freezeing free picture?
For example if in one of my channels with only one pid available I have this:

        (1) 1234 : N*S (123)
        where 1234 is a 4 digit number and 123 is a 3 digit number

So is the ECM value in my case 123?
I hope it is ok to ask this kind of questions, if not please accept my apologies and I will try to delete the post. Many thanks in advance

these numbers have nothing to do with ecm times
these a ecmpids that will help your tm connect faster to the server if you put in the right one you will find this out by trial and error if you find the right one for the one provider then they will be the same for the rest of the channels of that provider.
As said before you can't see ecm time on the non linux tm's anywhere ,if you had a linux box you could see them and they would be different all the time and it would be an actual time
that it takes for your box to get the keys from the card that the server would use.

Now I understand! thank you very much, I have another question if you don't mind: in a previous post you suggested to me to install an older patch ( 117 ) because more stable, can I please ask you if the older patch keep the TM stable for CS or it is just for the softcam/keys to clear channels like helsat 39e ? many thanks for your help understanding my box

It would be to keep cs more stable older patches work much better with cs then the newer ones.
Try some of the old patches here Technomate software online but you will loose the updates from newer patches to make utube work ect.

Hi to thijs! Could you explain how on older version of the software makes cs more stable? I am a newby to all this and had the techno for 1 week and been trying cs for the first time ever. Twice now the channel and whole box has frozen, in the first two days, after watching for some hours. Could this be to do with the software? As you know with these things.... there are so many variables and i was thinking it was more the box at fault.... or could it be the server? Before trying cs..... the box had been working perfect in general use for fta channels. I installed the latest phantom, p124, but you're saying 117 would be better?
