How is your RF antenna cable setup look like? Since u r using SH bouquet, chances are your antenna.

Also, for viewable channels, what r yr SNR?

Need help. I have an issue while updating the channel list. I encountered "Could not connect to Dreambox. Check IP Address, network settings and status of Dreambox." while trying to send files to dreambox using DBEdit app.

IP address is correct as I can ping it.. rest of the settings (eg, port nums, username and password) are set as default. Firewall and antivirus are disabled. Any ideas on how should I solve this prob? Thanks!

What box model & Which image? Are u using wireless to connect cause sometimes it could loss connection try restart Box again then check the ip address again be sure it is tele

I switched to LAN instead of wireless and finally got it with updated channel list~

hi guys.. i want to rename & change the picons myself for the 3 new channels, Fox Sports, Fox Sports Plus HD & Fox Sports News for my Dm800se bouquet list.. i know how to rename & ftp picons to my set box.. but the only problem is the picon.. is there any specific program for editing the picon..? i did manage to resize & convert to png. format.. but it looks abit different from the rest.. as in border of picon not black.. any kind soul can help me..? thanks in advance..

Yes if u can communicate with box & know the ip address, however u can't use the picon unless u install X-Line skin online. if i'm not mistaken your's is using Black Matrix by MX but i could be wrong if u just want the update channel that should do just fine......

As long its a dreambox brand and its there is a "c' behind, it mean for SG use. Reasonable price range would be around USD 120-140 depending on quantity. Aliexpress has all the supplier when you type in the search bar Dreambox 800c
